The contracting entity has not been settled, so every place this document would name a company, a jurisdiction or a postal address reads ENTITY TBC. Nothing here binds anyone until those are filled in, and no invitation may be sent to a real customer while they are not.
These terms cover a merchant’s use of Review Chaser. They are between you and ENTITY TBC, registered in ENTITY TBC, at ENTITY TBC.
Review Chaser invites your customers to review your business, offering every one of them the same two options: leave a public review, or send private feedback to you. It records what was sent, to whom, and when, in a tamper-evident log you can export.
These are not preferences and there is no setting that changes them.
We may suspend an account that breaches these, and we will say why. The compliance record is what makes that judgement checkable rather than a matter of opinion.
You remain the controller of your customer data; we process it on your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the people you upload. Our handling is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
The service is provided as it stands. We will tell you before a change that materially reduces what it does. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act or equivalent legislation where you are.
You can close your account at any time from the dashboard. Termination stops all sending immediately. Your compliance record remains available for export for the retention period you configured, because a record that disappears when an account closes is not evidence of anything.
